WWE News: Adam Cole returning to Evolve Wrestling for two explosive singles matches

What's the story?

WWE NXT star Adam Cole will be making his big return to Evolve Wrestling in the month of February, as the former North American Champion gets set for two days of action against two of the best talents currently present on the Evolve Wrestling roster.

In case you didn't know...

Having made his WWE debut in 2017 as part of the NXT brand, Adam Cole has already earned an immense amount of success with the developmental brand of WWE. The former and first-ever three-time ROH World Champion initially formed the unstoppable Undisputed Era faction and then went on to become the inaugural NXT North American Champion in history.

Cole currently leads The Undisputed Era, which consists of current NXT Tag Team Champions in the form of Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong, and former champion Bobby Fish. During Cole's reign as NXT North American Champion, the former member of The Bullet Club marked his return to Evolve Wrestling when he successfully defended his North American Championship against new WWE UK signing Walter.

The heart of the matter

WWE has officially announced that NXT star Adam Cole will be returning to Evolve Wrestling in February, as 'The Panama City Playboy' now prepares himself to go head-to-head against former Evolve Wrestling Champion, Shane Strickland and one of Independent wrestling's fastest rising stars, Darby Allin.

Cole will face Strickland at Evolve 121 which takes place on the 15th of February at the Kroc Center of Atlanta. On the very next day, the leader of The Undisputed Era battles Allin as part of Evolve 122 at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center in Concord.
