What’s the story?
WWE SmackDown Superstars AJ Styles and Charlotte Flair had some interesting back-and-forth banter on social media, following the Queen’s tweet about the Phenomenal One’s hair.
In case you didn’t know...
AJ Styles has been a mainstay on SmackDown Live since his entry into the WWE, whilst Charlotte Flair was recently drafted from RAW to SmackDown as part of the WWE Superstar Shake-Up after Wrestlemania.
The WWE main roster performers travel from city-to-city as part of the promotion’s hectic travel schedule and often have several intriguing stories about said journeys alongside their co-performers.
The heart of the matter
Charlotte Flair recently posted a photo of Styles with the caption – "Soccer Mom, don't be mad" (*in reference to his hair). To which AJ responded:
To which Charlotte replied-
Styles continued the hilarity by giving fans a glimpse of how Charlotte sleeps while travelling-

What’s next?
Charlotte is presently involved in a feud that has her teaming up with WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Naomi and Becky Lynch against the ‘Welcoming committee”. On the other hand, AJ Styles is all set to challenge Kevin Owens for the latter’s WWE United States championship at the SmackDown brand-exclusive Backlash PPV.

In a day and age where social media is used to facilitate online trash-talking, courtesy the anonymity offered by the internet, it’s nice to see our favourite WWE Superstars engage in friendly conversations and spread the power of positivity on the interwebs.
Nevertheless, this exchange got me thinking about a potential alliance between Charlotte’s father, the legendary Ric Flair, and AJ Styles, if Ric were to come back to WWE. Remember when Styles and Flair were involved in a storyline in TNA wherein the former was promoted as ‘The New Nature Boy’? Yep! Good times!
