What’s the story?

During today’s episode of Smackdown Live, Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss took to her Twitter in order to address Smackdown Live’s Liv Morgan, who was accused by “The Goddess” for copying her style.

In case you didn’t know…

Liv Morgan made her main roster debut during the month of November in 2017, as part of the Ruby Riott led faction called the Riott Squad. Morgan first started off her WWE career in NXT, where she spent three years before being called up to the main roster.

Upon her main roster call-up, Liv along with Ruby and Sarah Logan have been on a dominating run on Smackdown Live as they have put the entire Women’s division of the blue brand on notice with their frequent assaults.

On the other hand, Alexa Bliss is a former two-time Smackdown Live Women’s Champion who much like Liv Morgan, also made her main roster debut as part of the Smackdown Live roster. Bliss is currently holding the Raw Women’s Championship and is leading the Raw Women’s division by force.

The heart of the matter

Earlier today, Alexa Bliss noted on Twitter that Smackdown’s Live’s Liv Morgan has been wearing a similar hairstyle as of Bliss. The Raw Women’s Champion’s tweet stated that: “Pink pigtails ... where have I seen that before?”

Additionally, Bliss’ tweet also got a response from her best friend Nia Jax who came to the aid of The Goddess and defended her by saying that she is currently at the top of the mountain, so imitation is bound to happen. Nia also added that Alexa is untouchable because of what she has done and achieved in the WWE. You can check out Nia Jax’s reply below:

What's next?

Despite all the social media warfare, the women’s division of the WWE are currently focused on the upcoming and the first ever 30-women over the top rope Royal Rumble match, which is set to take place at this year’s Royal Rumble PPV on the 28th of January, 2018 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philly.
