WWE News: Alexa Bliss denies leak of private content

Alexa Bliss denies leak of private photos.

What’s the story?

WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss has denied rumours of an online leak that allegedly involves revealing photographs of her in compromising positions. It’s essential to note that Bliss’ face isn’t visible in the leaked photos.

In case you didn’t know...

Alexa Bliss (real name- Alexis Kaufman) has performed for WWE since debuting in NXT back in 2013. The 25-year old went on to win the SmackDown Women’s championship a couple of times and has been drafted to Monday Night RAW as part of the recent Superstar Shake-Up.

The heart of the matter:

According to reports by The New York Post and The Sun, several intimate pictures that allegedly belong to Bliss have been leaked on the internet by unknown hacker(s) – in what is being touted as something akin to the recent video/photo leaks that have rocked the professional wrestling community as of late.

Several personal photos/videos of WWE Superstars Paige and former WWE performers such as Kaitlyn, Melina and Maria Kanellis have been circulating the interwebs over the past few weeks. This, is turn, led the fans to instantly assume that the online photograph-leak that was reported a few hours back involved Alexa Bliss.

Nevertheless, ‘Five Feet Of Fury’ has taken to social media to refute any such rumors, reassuring the fans that the pics are bogus, besides reiterating that she’s offended by them and that they ought to be taken down immediately.

What’s next?

Alexa Bliss presently competes on WWE’s RAW brand and plans to become the red brand's champion at Payback as she faces current Champion Bayley.

Author’s take

After the series of online leaks that have seen the pro-wrestling world battle controversy over the past few weeks, one can’t help but call out the unethical hackers for their cowardice and malice.

Our WWE Superstars, or any fellow human for that matter, deserves to be respected and afforded his/her privacy and space. It’s good to see Alexa shut down the cyber criminals with a classic Bliss comeback. Here’s hoping the law enforcement authorities get to the bottom of whoever is behind this despicable prank.
