WWE News: Alexa Bliss shares hilarious throwback photo for Star Wars Day

What's the story?

WWE Superstar and former Women's Champion Alexa Bliss celebrated Star Wars Day by sharing an adorable throwback picture of herself from the third grade, dressed as Star Wars character Jar Jar Binks and it is hilarious, to say the least!

In case you didn’t know…

Bliss was rumoured to have gone under the knife recently, but the nature of the surgery is still unclear.

She lost the Raw Women's Champion at WrestleMania 34 against Nia Jax and will get her contractual rematch at Backlash this Sunday.

Since two weeks, Bliss has started appearing in a new segment called "Moment of Bliss" on Raw, in which she has continued to insult her former best friend.

The heart of the matter

Fans of the franchise celebrate May 4th every year as Star Wars Day, as a pun on the famous line from the series, "May the Force be with you".

It looks like Little Miss Bliss is a fan of the series as well, as she celebrated May 4th by sharing a throwback picture of herself dressed as Jar Jar Binks.

Jar Jar Binks is a comedic character from the series, who first appeared on Star Wars: Episode one - The Phantom Menace.

Bliss revealed that she had dressed up as the character when she was in the third grade, believing she looked "supercool" in her costume.

What's next?

Bliss will look to regain her Raw Women's Championship from Nia Jax this Sunday at Backlash. The pay-per-view will take place at the Prudential Centre in Newark, New Jersey.

Bliss is truly one of the best heels in the company today and has improved tremendously in the ring as well.

She has found her footing in the last couple of years or so and is at the top of the women's division.
