What's the story?

WrestleMania season is well underway and everyone's speculating about the big matches that will take place on the grandest stage of them all. ZZ from Tough Enough asked an unlikely wrestling critic his picks for the grand show.

In this video, posted on the official WWE YouTube channel, an alligator predicts who will win three of the biggest matches at WrestleMania 34. These matches are Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey vs. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and as mentioned, Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar.

In case you didn't know...

WrestleMania 34 is almost upon us, and in two weeks we shall bring you live coverage of all the action that will transpire on the grandest stage.

All our experts have brought you their take on what will go down at the show, but none of them, unfortunately, hail from the animal world.

The heart of the matter

ZZ presented the alligator with massive cutouts of the competitors who would be competing at WrestleMania. The alligator chomped down on these cutouts, to determine who it believed would stand tall at WrestleMania.

The three winners picked were Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, Shinsuke Nakamura and Brock Lesnar. Needless to say, these weren't really the smartest picks in our opinion. At best, the crocodile probably got one out of three picks right.

What's next?

We shall continue bringing you our comprehensive analysis of WrestleMania, as we count down to D-Day. The alligator shall go back to doing alligator-ly things like laying in the sun and eating meat. We doubt that it will be watching WrestleMania 34, on the WWE Network.

Author's take

This was hardly a scientific or analytical exercise. Except for the Nakamura pick, we believe that the alligator got almost everything wrong.

So, we'll not be seeing you later, Mr Gator!
