Ever since Asuka had to vacate her NXT Women's Title because she broke her collarbone, the WWE Universe all wanted to know where she would be heading.
William Regal said Asuka would be coming to the main roster and they were trying to work out a deal concerning which brand she would end up on.
We had an idea where the Empress Of Tomorrow would be heading when she jumped onto the main roster and it looks like those assumptions were correct. She's going to be playing for the red team.
During Monday Night Raw the commentary team asked each other how Kurt Angle pulled off "the deal." If you didn't realize they were referring to Asuka, then all of those assumptions were made a certainty after a short promo aired hyping her impending Raw debut.
It was very short but impactful. If anything it lets us know that something is coming very soon and it will be colorful yet painful.
As soon as Asuka's promo aired they showed Nia Jax watching on a monitor backstage. She didn't seem impressed. We can only assume there will be some very cool and violent things coming to the Raw Women's Division very soon.
