What's the story?

Becky Lynch was present at the Staples Center in L.A on Sunday where she got into a fight with the mascot for the LA Clippers. As can be seen from the video below, the mascot spots Becky in the audience and the two shake hands before going in for a kiss at which point the furious "Lass Kicker" took the mascot down with a big slap. The spot was obviously orchestrated but was fun to watch nonetheless.

In case you didn't know...

WWE were promoting their two brands, namely RAW and SmackDown at the recent NBA game at the Staples Center in L.A where the alleged altercation happened. The segment was surely a work and was quite entertaining as well.

The heart of the matter:

Becky Lynch was at the LA Clippers game this Sunday at the Staples Center in L.A where she was approached by the mascot for the Clippers. It can be seen the video that the Clippers mascot went in for a kiss to which Becky responded with a slap across the costumed mascot's head sending him crashing to the ground before walking away.

The whole thing was obviously orchestrated and was meant to be entertaining for the fans watching. The Miz was also present at the game and both Superstars were promoting the SmackDown and RAW brands in their own ways.

What's next?

Becky Lynch can be seen on WWE's SmackDown brand every Tuesday where the 'Irish Lass Kicker' and the other Superstars are currently at war with the RAW locker room, as they attacked the Red brand's athletes under the leadership of Shane McMahon.

Author's take

This was a nice little comedic segment from the WWE Superstar at the NBA game. Surely it helped spread the word about how awesome the Superstars on the Blue brand are...
