WWE News: Betting odds shift for Hell In A Cell championship match
What's the story?
With Hell In A Cell approaching, it's always likely there could be a shift in the betting odds close to the event. After all, WWE is known for changing their minds about things at the last minute. Paddy Power now has an updated listing and by the looks of things, fans could see a title change at the big show in Detroit.
In case you didn't know...
The Usos have been holding down SmackDown Live while declaring it the Uso Penitentiary. But The New Day didn't let that stop them from capturing the SmackDown Tag Team Championships at Summer.
Now the two teams are booked for a Hell In A Cell match with the top tag team titles on WWE's Blue Team on the line.
The heart of the matter
Paddy Power is now listing The Usos as a heavy favorite to win the SmackDown Tag Team Titles at Hell In A Cell. Yesterday their odds were quite even but it seems something might have happened during the last moments leading up to the event which might have changed things.
Jimmy and Jey Uso are now listed as 1/6 favourites to come out on top. It actually makes sense seeing how they run their own Penitentiary.
Therefore don't be too surprised to see The Usos walk away with the SmackDown Tag Team Titles after their match at Hell In A Cell. But being 2/7 underdogs really puts The New Day at a disadvantage.
To cover some of the other matches on the card, Jinder Mahal, Kevin Owens, Charlotte Flair are all heavy favourites to win their respective matches as well.
can now confirm that The Usos are heavy favourites to win the SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships tonight at the Hell In A Cell event.
If The New Day drop the titles at Hell In A Cell, it's likely they will be picking them back up soon enough. After all, they have been rumored to break the record for most title reigns by a team and they're already well on their way.
Hell In A Cell is going to be fun and so is winning money while betting. But it's always important to remember that if you decide to bet on predetermined sporting events that you always bet responsibly. After all, you never know if Vince McMahon could just get a crazy idea from the Gorilla Position and change any match halfway through it.
