What’s the story?

Following Ember Moon’s recent debut on Monday Night Raw, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T took it to his official Twitter handle and weighed in his thoughts on the main roster debut of the former NXT Women’s Champion.

In case you didn’t know…

Ember Moon made her WWE debut in 2015 as part of the company’s developmental brand of NXT and shortly after her debut, Ember Moon started an undefeated winning streak both in tag team and singles matches throughout the following months.

Within the next few months, then-NXT Women’s Champion Asuka had to vacate her championship belt due to an injury and at NXT TakeOver: WarGames, Ember Moon won the NXT Women’s Championship for the very first time in her career.

Prior to her main roster call-up, Ember Moon lost the NXT Women’s Title to Shayna Baszler via technical submission at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans.

The heart of the matter

On 9 April 2018, on the Raw after WrestleMania 34, former NXT Women’s Champion Ember Moon made her official main roster debut teaming up with Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax to defeat the duo of Alexa Bliss and Mickie James.

.Following Moon’s debut, former WWE World Champion and Hall of Famer Booker T praised the 29-year-old Texas native on the social media by congratulating her on her big debut and as well as, claiming the fact that it was an absolute privilege for Booker to help Ember get to the next level in her astonishing journey in the Pro Wrestling industry.

What’s next?

Following Ember Moon’s big debut on Raw, expect her to make a huge impact on the entire Women’s Division and possibly also challenge for the Raw Women’s Championship some point down the line.

Author’s take

Ember Moon is certainly one of the best in-ring female competitors not only in the WWE but in the entire world of Pro Wrestling and I do hope that we get to see her capture the Raw Women’s Championship in the future as well.
