WWE News: Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss comment on if there is "anything going on" between them

What's the story?

Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss defeated the married duo of Jimmy Uso and Naomi on this week's edition of the WWE Mixed Match Challenge on Tuesday evening. Afterwards, Dasha Fuentes caught up with the tag team and asked a rather interesting question that has been on the minds of the WWE Universe.

In case you didn't know...

Alexa Bliss and Braun Strowman go by the name "Team Little Big" for the WWE Mixed Match Challenge. They defeated Sami Zayn and Becky Lynch in the first round and have now defeated Jimmy Uso and Naomi to advance to the semi finals of the tournament.

The heart of the matter...

Bliss was very excited for the win and hoped that they can win the whole thing, so they can help donate $100k towards Connor's Cure. Braun stated that they're 'going all the way', in the Mixed Match Challenge that is.

Dasha would then ask the question that is on everyone's mind, is there a little something going on between the two of them. Braun answered, "yes there is something going on, we're teammates!"

During the match last night, Alexa would get knocked off the apron onto Braun in a couple of peculiar ways and throughout the enter Mixed Match Challenge, there have been teases that there is something romantic between the two of them.

Alexa and Braun advance to the semi-finals where they will face The Miz and Asuka.

What's next?

Next week's edition of the WWE Mixed Match Challenge will see the Robe Warriors Bobby Roode and Charlotte Flair taking on the married duo of Rusev and Lana. The winners of that match will take on the winner of the fan vote of the losing team that gets back into the semifinals.

Author's take

First off, everything I've seen within the WWE Mixed Match Challenge has been so entertaining. I'm really enjoying this tournament. I wouldn't mind this being a weekly thing after SmackDown Live, even after the tournament is over.

The interactions between Alexa and Braun are just hilarious. You know there is something there, but they won't admit it yet. I fully expect them to win the whole tournament.
