You will never guess what it really means

What's the story?

Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss featured in the latest episode of Ride Along. The two WWE superstars engaged in conversation during the latest episode and one of the highlights was their chat about the origin of the phrase - 'Get these hands'.

'Get these hands' has become Braun Strowman's signature catchphrase in recent months. Strowman revealed how it was born from his match against Rhyno, when he picked up a microphone and addressed Heath Slater on the fly.

In case you didn't know...

WWE teased a romance between Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss through the Mixed Match Classic tournament. The two of them have such incredible chemistry that they were paired for this episode of Ride Along too.

As is clear from the clip linked above, the chemistry did not end at the Mixed Match Classic. As the comments indicate, the WWE Universe may want a storyline romance between the two down the line.

The heart of the matter

Strowman told Alexa Bliss how the phrase came about:

That's funny that the 'Get these hands' movement I guess it is now...I've never said that before in my entire life. One night on RAW, I was wrestling Rhyno when Heath Slater was out there with him. And I didn't even remember what I said because I just rattled something off. Till I got back in the back to watch it back, and I was like- 'Get these hands?'. I've never said that before in my life.

Strowman then compared his massive hands to Bliss' tiny hands and told her that sometimes he needs her hands to get stuff out of his bag.

What's next?

Alexa Bliss goes up against Nia Jax at Backlash. Strowman teams up with Lashley to take on Owens and Zayn at the same pay-per-view. The card for the event seems stacked.

Author's take

Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss are my two favourite superstars in all of WWE right now. They are the personification of sports entertainment and they have incredible chemistry.

I really wouldn't mind seeing a program featuring the two of them somewhere down the line, someday.
