WWE News: Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas not at Monday Night Raw for second week in a row

Where are Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas?
Where are Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas?

What's the story?

Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas were not present at the October 9th edition of Monday Night Raw. It became slowly obvious that the real-life Rotunda brothers were also conspicuously missing from the October 16th live taping as well.

In case you didn't know...

On the October 9th Monday Night Raw The Miz was one member of his Miztourage short accompanied only by Curtis Axel, with the ring announcers saying that Bo Dallas was at home ill.

Later on that night Bray Wyatt delivered a promo to Finn Balor as 'Sister Abigail' but it transpired that this was a pre-taped segment and that Bray Wyatt wasn't actually at the taping.

The heart of the matter

This week's Raw opened with The Shield and The Miz, The Bar and Braun Strowman confronting each other and once again Bo Dallas was conspicuously absent from The Miz's side, leaving Curtis Axel as the only member of the Miztourage.

In the evening, we got an advertised segment where Finn Balor discussed Bray Wyatt's transformation into 'Sister Abigail' and teased a new iteration of his demon character to combat Wyatt. However, we didn't see or hear anything from Wyatt.

Also interesting to note is that Bray Wyatt's off-screen partner JoJo was also not present on Raw doing her usual announcing job.

What's next?

This unexplained absence has started to lead to rumours about the status of the Rotunda brothers in the WWE as neither of them have been active on Twitter recently or explained their actions. The WWE has also not commented on real-life or kayfabe reason for why they're missing several live Raw tapings.

Author's take

I'm beginning to wonder whether the Rotunda's are off television for personal reasons and that the WWE has granted them some temporary leave from tapings as that's the only thing that makes sense.

If Bray and Bo were no longer with the company they wouldn't still be building the Finn Balor vs Bray Wyatt feud. Either way, let's hope that we get some answers soon and if there are personal reasons for the Rotundas to be off the television, I hope that everything is okay.
