WWE News: Bray Wyatt talks about what motivated him to become a wrestler and his character

Bray Wyatt
‘My Mindset is, Eradicate Everyone’

The New Face of Fear Bray Wyatt recently spoke with The Austin Chronicle to promote this week's episode of SmackDown Live from Frank Erwin Center. The Eater of Worlds muffled the same fearsome character he portrays on WWE programming and talked about the rise of the Wyatt Family during the interview.Bray first talked about the first appearance of 'Fireflies' that have become a steady part of their entrance in the past couple of years which first emerged on the scene 2 years ago during a SmackDown episode coming from London:

"It was madness. It was a euphoric moment, and I had a hard time taking it in. Harper tugged at my shirt and said, are you seeing this? It wasn't something that I provoked or asked them to do, it's something that they just did."

Due to his visible variance than other WWE superstars in terms of both physique and mindset, one must wonder why someone with the chaotic nature which Bray carries would like to become a WWE Superstar. So he was asked about what motivated him to become a wrestler and his reply was something like this:

“It's such a simple answer, If you have a voice like mine, that I want to project and I want people to hear, millions and millions of people watch this every week. If you have a childhood dream to change the world, it's the perfect outlet."

Talking about the insanity he has carried in his persona since his first appearance which many compare to what The Undertaker used to have during his early WWE run in the 90s the Leader of The Wyatt's said:

"If you look way back, to the day that we debuted, we essentially did something that you could regard as a horror movie. A reporter came to the compound, and he never went back."

He also talked about the dramatic fight between them and The New day which happened last month when the Tag Champs accepted Bray's invitation to visit their compound claiming that it was something they looked forward to:

"The compound fight was something I'd looked forward to, and I wish it was something we'd spent longer doing."

When asked about all the talks of SmackDown having a weaker roster Wyatt gave words to the tension between both Brands and said that he believes that the Blue brand has better roster compared to Raw:

"Over here, we're not going to sit on our couch. The mantra is war. They have more people, but we believe that we have the better roster."

Along with this Bray Wyatt also talked about the possibilities of clashing with stars from Raw such as Finn Balor and Brock Lesnar saying that he will have his chance for that.
