WWE News: Britain's Channel 4 doing a documentary on Women's Wrestling in WWE

The Evolution continues

WWE 24 on the WWE Network did a great job documenting the Divas Revolution turned Women’s Evolution. The historical Wrestlemania 32, not only saw the retirement of Brie Bella but also the Divas Championship, and the Divas era coming to an end.

Furthermore, it also saw the introduction of the Women’s Championship and the women just being referred to as WWE superstars.

Now, Britain’s “Channel 4”, the same channel which produced the documentary featuring Paige’s wrestling family, is filming a documentary on women’s wrestling in WWE. They will reportedly follow the women on the WWE roster closely, for the upcoming US and European tour that will be happening in the next few weeks.

It may likely be focused on people like Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Bayley, among others. It seems like they'll be with them backstage, and travelling from city to city. It may also focus on what they do to get ready for the show and what they do after the shows. It should be very interesting .

James Delow will reportedly be producing this. He also hosts the Gorilla Position podcast. He is following both Sasha Banks and Charlotte this week, for the build up to Hell In A Cell. It will be on Channel 4's streaming service All4 in mid-December.

It looks like WWE aren’t the only ones focusing on their own evolution. Right now, it is a post-revolution phase. The women are moving up the ladder rapidly. They may main-event this Sunday’s Hell In A Cell pay-per-view, but that is still not known as of yet.
