What's the story?
Charlotte Flair took on Carmella at a WWE Live Event in Oberhausen, Germany. Following the match, a fan wanted a selfie with her favourite SmackDown Live superstar.
Much to the shock and dismay of the fan, Flair informed her that she had lost some teeth. We thank Heel by Nature for the video linked above!
In case you didn't know...
WWE is currently in Europe for a string of Live Events leading up to RAW and SmackDown Live in the UK. Charlotte Flair and Carmella faced off in a singles match for the SmackDown Women's Championship.
It must be said that Charlotte Flair successfully defended her championship against Asuka at WrestleMania 34, but subsequently lost the title to Carmella who cashed in her Money in the Bank contract. During this particular match, Carmella got herself disqualified, losing the match but still retaining her prized championship.
The heart of the matter
During the course of the match, Carmella presumably knocked out some of Charlotte Flair's teeth. Therefore when the fan asked her for a picture, she replied with the following words:
I can't take a pic. I lost my teeth.
It must be noted that Charlotte Flair had to miss time on SmackDown Live because she got some dental work done recently. We still do not know if one had a bearing on the other.
What's next?
Charlotte Flair has now qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match. Will she become the second ever Miss Money in the Bank? Can she cash in her contract on Carmella and become the SmackDown Women's Champion?

I wish Charlotte Flair a very speedy recovery. One can always laugh at such an incident, but it just reminds us how difficult the life of a sports entertainer really is.
Kudos to Charlotte Flair for remaining in the best of spirits despite losing her pearly white teeth.
