Charlotte pinpointed AJ as the epitome of a WWE Superstar

On the latest episode of Talking Smack, we heard a very heartfelt and emotional speech from a certain champion after a momentous victory at WWE Clash of Champions.

Charlotte Flair was the show's second guest, and she showed off a pretty gruesome battle wound while speaking a great deal about breaking out from the shadow of her dad, as well as her future ambitions.

Charlotte appeared on Talking Smack after defending her title in a Lumberjack match against Natalya where we saw her take a beating from almost every woman on the roster during the match.

The teary-eyed Women's Champion spoke a lot about her opponent tonight's statement that she uses her family name, saying she's dealt with this her whole life, but vowed that she's going to do everything she can to make sure that, in the future, people speak about Ric Flair as Charlotte's dad rather than the other way around.

She also spoke of her great admiration for AJ Styles, calling The Phenomenal One the measuring stick of success in WWE. Charlotte Flair said she is aiming to be the reason why people want to go to live shows and the reason people watch SmackDown Live, and she believes AJ is currently in that spot.

I don't think many people would argue the point, and many will say Charlotte is comparable to AJ in that she's probably the best female in-ring worker in WWE right now, if not in the world.

One thing is for certain after tonight, both are champions, and battling champions a that, both showing off near identical bruising on their left cheekbone - but both holding their respective WWE Championship titles proudly and showing they're at the top of their game.

The Usos also appeared on the show and spoke very humbly about their past year and their new looks, after they successfully defended their titles -- like Charlotte and AJ Styles -- in a four-way tag team match against Gable and Benjamin, New Day and Rusev Day.

AJ himself was the final guest after his main event victory against Jinder Mahal, and he dismissed Jinder Mahal's hopes of a future title match.
