WWE News: Charlotte Flair sends out a warning to Ronda Rousey and Nia Jax

What's the story?

At NBC's Upfront event last night, WWE Superstars Ronda Rousey and Nia Jax came face-to-face to set up a Raw Women's Championship match for Money in the Bank.

Former SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair was also present at the event, and soon after the match was announced, sent out a warning of her own to the two.

In case you didn’t know…

Charlotte managed to break Asuka's undefeated streak at WrestleMania and successfully retained her Title. However, on SmackDown Live, she was the victim of an attack by the IIconics, after which Carmella utilized the opportunity to successfully cash in her Money in the Bank contract. The Queen failed to win back the Championship from Carmella at Backlash.

Ronda Rousey will look to capture the Raw Women's Championship from Nia Jax at MITB next month. Jax won her title from Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania 34.

The heart of the matter

At the MITB pay-per-view next month, eight women will compete for a chance to win the Ladder match for the MITB briefcase. Charlotte, Bliss and Ember Moon have already qualified for the match.

After the Raw Women's Championship bout was set last night, Charlotte took to twitter to send out a warning to the two women, saying that she might come after the Champion after winning the MITB briefcase next month. You can see the tweet below:

What's next?

Money in the Bank will take place next month on June 17th, at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. There will be two Ladder Matches for the MITB briefcase - one for men and one for women.

It is great to see Charlotte teasing an inter-brand cash-in, if and when she wins the briefcase next month. The MITB card is already stacked and is sure to be an exciting watch.
