WWE News:  Current betting lines for WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs

Your eyes don't
Your eyes don't deceive you, Kurt Angle is replacing Roman Reigns in the 5-on-3 match...

What's the story?

Bet Wrestling posted the current betting lines for the next WWE pay per view Tables Ladders and Chairs taking place at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota this Sunday. There are currently seven matches on the card, and the most lopsided odds come from Asuka's main roster debut against Emma.

In case you didn't know...

The pay-per-view version of Tables Ladders and Chairs began in 2009 and has been a yearly event ever since. Last year's pay per view was a SmackDown Live branded event headlined by AJ Styles v. Dean Ambrose in a TLC match for the WWE Championship.

The heart of the matter...

Asuka odds to win are currently at -1500, meaning you'd have to bet $1500 just to win back $100 on the match. On the other side, they list Emma at +700; which means if you bet $100, you'd win back $700.

The next long shot comes from what will be the main event of WWE TLC. The Shield are currently at -530 to defeat The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus, Braun Strowman, and Kane. The team of five have a 3.5x underdog sitting at +350.

However, the WWE dropped the major breaking news that Roman Reigns will not compete at TLC due to illness, and in his place will be Kurt Angle who is wrestling for the first time in the WWE in over 11 years.

At the time of this writing, the odds were not updated to reflect the changes on the card. I don't expect that the TLC 5-on-3 handicap match's odds would change that much.

The WWE also announced that Bray Wyatt will not compete at TLC due to illness, and in his place is AJ Styles to take on Finn Balor, and those odds were not available currently but I would assume it is pretty much a pick'em.

Check out the full list of matches that haven't changed below from Bet Wrestling:

Author's take

In the middle of writing this article, the bombshell dropped regarding the additions of Angle and Styles to the card. Before that breaking news, I was going to say that none of the lines really surprised me.

All of the betting favourites are who I am expecting to win. The only match I am wavering on is the WWE Raw Women's Championship. I feel like there could be an outside chance that Mickie James could become a seven-time women's champion by defeating Alexa Bliss.
