TMZ interviewed Brittany Page, daughter of former WCW Champion Diamond Dallas Page, and asked about her “upcoming project”, to which she replied:

We’re basically starting a women’s league and it’s gonna kinda go against Impact Wrestling, TNA”.

When asked by the interviewer if any other second generation people are in on it, she revealed that the other minds in the project include Brooke Hogan (Hulk Hogan’s daughter), Lacey Von Erich (Kerry Von Erich’s daughter), Ariel Toombs (Roddy Piper’s daughter) and Bianca Van Damme (Jean-Claude Van Damme’s daughter).

Brittany said that former TNA creative writer Christy Hemme is involved in the project as well. When asked if her father Diamond Dallas Page will appear, she said that her dad is likely to show up, since everyone wants to see the first generation too. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Hulk Hogan appear as well.

It is an interesting idea, especially if it is an exclusive women's wrestling league. Right now, SHIMMER and SHINE are two reputed female professional wrestling independent promotions.

It is also interesting to see how Britanny mentioned that they will go up against TNA. TNA is currently in shambles, in terms of legal issues, and financial issues. Furthermore, the company is under major scrutiny from the media. It looks like the walls are closing in on them, however, they could survive as they always do.

A lot of the women who have made it big today have gone through the above-mentioned promotions. Perhaps DDP and Hogan could be involved in some sort of a managerial role. Imagine if we got to see Jean-Claude Van Damme as a manager or authority figure! One thing is for sure, funding shouldn’t be too much of an issue.
