In what has become a tradition of sorts lately, this week’s Raw had one more segment after the show went off-air. Though this week’s episode had a definitive ending, WWE apparently squeezed out one more small segment to cater to the fans present in the arena at Phoenix, Arizona.

WrestlingInc reports that WWE World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose took to the mic to thank the audience present in the audience for their continued support and belief in him. He then went on to lay the title in the middle of the ring and announced that the fans had earned it. In return, WWE fans filled the arena with “Thank You” and “You Deserve It” chants.

WWE universe has shown unanimous support for Dean winning his first major championship in the company. In what is becoming a fairy tale of sorts, the Lunatic Fringe is soon becoming a top babyface of the company who is loved by both marks and smarks alike.

Whether it is the fact that Dean winning the title has made the dream match of Shield Triple Threat become a reality or that his hard work for the company has ultimately paid off, one thing is clear: the WWE universe is beginning to like the idea of Dean Ambrose being its champion.
