What's the story?WWE 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick has taken to Twitter today to officially reveal the signing of the newest member of his roster - Humberto Carrillo!In case you didn't know...Humberto Carrillo signed his official WWE contract in October after competing in NXT from the end of August onwards. Carrillo debuted on WWE television in a losing effort against Jaxson Ryker in September before returning in December to team with Raul Mendoza in a losing effort against The Forgotten Sons before suffering a similar fate this week against Johnny Gargano.Carrillo would make his main roster debut this week, answering current Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy's open challenge. Carrillo was previously known as Ultimo Ninja and is the second cousin of Garza Jr.The heart of the matterDrake Maverick revealed via WWE's Twitter than Humberto Carrillo has indeed joined 205 Live as a permanent member of the roster after an impressive effort against the brand's current champion.Welcome to #205Live, @Humberto_WWE! pic.twitter.com/ydAy4dILsJ— WWE (@WWE) January 17, 2019Maverick also confirmed that Carrillo will be at the Worlds Collide Tournament at Axxess during Royal Rumble weekend on January 26th, representing 205 Live where stars from 205 Live, NXT and NXT UK will clash. 15 Superstars will take part, five from each brand.Adam Cole, Velveteen Dream, Dominik Dijakovic, Keith Lee and Otis Dozovic will represent NXT. Mark Andrews, Tyler Bate, Travis Banks, Jordan Devlin and Zack Gibson will be Team NXT UK, and Humberto Carrillo joins Cedric Alexander, Tony Nese, Drew Gulak and TJP on the 205 Live side.What's next?205 Live has moved back to its regular slot on the WWE Network every Tuesday following SmackDown.
