WWE News: Enzo Amore says he made Neville quit at House Show

Wait, wha

Wait, what did Enzo Amore say this time?

What's the story?

Enzo Amore was riding high as Cruiserweight Champion and then all of a sudden he dropped his title to Kalisto.

But that wasn't the most intriguing piece of this puzzle as there were reports stating that Neville had actually been scheduled to take on Amore that night on Raw but walked out of the building even before the show started.

In case you didn't know...

There have been conflicting reports regarding Neville's status. Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources told him Neville is 100% gone from WWE while WWE isn't acknowledging this at all.

The heart of the matter

At Saturday Night's WWE house show in Regina Saskatchewan, Enzo took the microphone before losing his match against Kalisto.

During his promo, The Realest Guy In The Room stated: "I took care of Cass, then made Neville quit. You're nothing" while ripping on Kalisto.

Sources have confirmed to us that this did indeed take place at the show. If WWE is denying Neville walked out of the company and Enzo Amore is mentioning it in a promo, it could mean some interesting developments are on the way.

At the very least, Enzo Amore might have disregarded an edict handed down to the Superstars from WWE higher-ups.

What's next?

Reports are WWE is going to go all-in with Enzo Amore from this point on. The rumor going around is WWE simply took Enzo Amore's title off of him in order to cancel out the kayfabe no-contact clause he had Kurt Angle write up.

There might be plenty of other ways WWE could have accomplished that, but it's still a plausible story.

Author's take

Enzo Amore might have let something slip in Regina. After all, he's never been known for his ability to censor his microphone work, especially at house shows. This makes the idea of Amore becoming a rapper even more appealing.

Neville's exit from WWE could mean others will follow. But at this time nothing's been made official concerning the Neville Level's WWE status.

But if Enzo Amore's impromptu promo is any indication of things there's certainly more to this story than WWE would like to admit at this point.
