What's the story?

The world gasped in shock when they saw Ronda Rousey put Triple H through a table. They chanted in unison when they saw Stephanie McMahon slap her before the WWE Universe in attendance.

However, there was just as much action happening in the crowd during this segment. Apparently, a fight broke out during this very segment and a fan was arrested.

In case you didn't know...

Ronda Rousey was first spotted at WrestleMania 31, where she teamed up with The Rock to destroy Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

She then made waves by showing up shortly after the Women's Royal Rumble, where she pointed at the WrestleMania sign and garnered media attention from across the world.

Elimination Chamber was her official contract signing, and like signings in WWE usually go, it was not without some really exciting and thrilling moments.

The heart of the matter

One look at the video linked above, and it's clear as day that the arrest happened right during the most newsworthy event of the whole show. You can hear Kurt Angle cutting his promo and flubbing his lines, as the perpetrator is arrested from the ringside area.

We have no information with regard to who the arrested party was and what the fight was about, at this point in time. If some news does emerge in this regard, we will let it be known.

What's next?

There is much speculation that Ronda Rousey will be on RAW. This will be her RAW debut and should determine her course for WrestleMania 34. Let's hope we find out what her WrestleMania match is, following her appearance.

Author's take

Despite the fact that Rousey's promo seemed a tad uninspired, I quite liked the segment overall. I am curious to find out what her match at WrestleMania 34 is, and if indeed it'll be a Mixed Tag Match like the rumor mills suggest.

As for the fight, it was outside WWE's control and it was probably not the first time this happened and certainly not the last.
