What's the story?

The final betting odds are in for WWE TLC 2017, who the bookies think will walk out of Monday Night Raw's pay-per-view the victors, and who do the bookies think will be eating a pin

In case you didn't know...

This year's TLC 2017 has been difficult to predict, mainly because of a viral illness taking out two of the card's top stars, Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt. Shockingly Kurt Angle replaced Roman Reigns in the main event, and AJ Styles from SmackDown LIVE was shipped in to replace Bray Wyatt.

The heart of the matter

Currently, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Kurt Angle are odds-on favourites at -1200, even though they're at a huge disadvantage in terms of numbers and size. Perhaps Kurt Angle's WWE ring return is a factor.

Finn Balor is the favourite to pick up a win on his home turf against the insurgent AJ Styles. Styles is at +375 and 'The Demon' is at -565. Personally, this makes the most sense with Finn being a member of #teamred on a Raw pay-per-view.

In the women's matches, Bliss and Asuka are favourites to win, meaning that Mickie James won't make history, and Emma won't break the unbeaten streak. Both Bliss and Asuka's odds are fairly locked on at -1200 and -5250 respectively.

As for the Cruiserweights, Kalisto was favored to retain at -690 compared to Amore's +430 in a reversal of the earlier odds favoring Enzo. However, the earlier odds proved to be true and he ended up winning the title. The odds for Asuka and the Women's title matches were spot on.

Author's take

My own predictions were Alexa Bliss retaining and Finn Balor losing, so according to these odds I'm going to be 50% right. Let's see what's in store for us.
