What's the story?

After the announcement for the Men's Money in the Bank Match lineup for RAW opened the show, Alexa Bliss came out to announce the lineup for the Women's Money in the Bank match.

The four participants consisted of three former Champions and the ever-aspiring Dana Brooke.

In case you didn't know...

The Women's Money in the Bank match has taken place two years in a row, ever since it was introduced in 2017. Carmella won the first Money in the Bank briefcase, and last year it was Alexa Bliss.

Both women were successful in cashing the briefcase in to challenge for and win the Championship in question. Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey both fell victim to the cash-in, revealing exactly how much of an advantage the briefcase hands the holder.

The brutality of the match is also called into question, with four women from RAW and four women from SmackDown Live all competing and putting their entire effort into winning the briefcase.

The heart of the matter

Alexa Bliss made her announcement on WWE RAW about the lineup for the Women's RAW Money in the Bank Lineup.

She called Natalya, Dana Brooke and Naomi all out one by one, before finally making a momentous announcement, that Bliss would be returning to the ring as well.

With the four women representing RAW at Money in the Bank announced, Naomi and Alexa Bliss found themselves in a match which Bliss was not prepared for.

Dana Brooke was also outspoken about the fact that this match was finally the opportunity that she had been waiting for.

What's next?

While Bliss lost her match on RAW, Money in the Bank might be quite the different prospect. Alexa Bliss has experience in winning the briefcase before, and experience can go a long way in winning a match with so many competitors.
