Sin Cara is finally looking to make his return

What's the story?

Sin Cara was sidelined with a knee injury back in August and was thought to have been sidelined for more than six months, but the wrestler himself recently revealed that he would be looking to return to the ring next month.

In case you didn't know...

Sin Cara is a former NXT Tag Team Champion and over the past few years he had been pushed as one of the company's best-masked superstars, but since Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado have come to WWE, the impact of the Luchadore hasn't been as recognizable.

There was once a time when Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio were the only masked stars in WWE, but now even Mysterio has returned to the company and Cara hasn't been missed over the past few months on SmackDown Live.

The heart of the matter

Sin Cara recently appeared on PelucheEn ElEstuche, a popular Mexican YouTube channel where he revealed that he was looking to return to the ring next month. Cara also stated that he had undergone a new treatment where doctors inject cells into his knee to help with the healing process.

The high flyer also revealed that he had been forced to undergo numerous surgeries on his knees, some before WWE and some since, but the condition had definitely worsened over the course of his career with the biggest promotion in the world.

What's next?

The Royal Rumble marks the Road to WrestleMania and takes place in just over two months time, so that would be the perfect place for Sin Cara to target when it comes to making his in-ring return.
