Former WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn returned to the ring after a span of four years. The former champ was training at the Main Event Training Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and claimed she was exhausted from the workout.

In case you didn't know...

Kaitlyn spent four years with the WWE under its various development circuits and the main brands. She was part of NXT season three and later on got the role of an assistant to the SmackDown GM Booker T.

One wrong move ruined his entire WWE career - Watch Now!

She won the Divas title by defeating Eve Torres on the 20th Anniversary episode of RAW in her hometown of Houston, Texas.

The heart of the matter

The former champ did share her exploits on Instagram as she tagged Pablo Marquez on the post. She also stated how fun and exhausting wrestling was.

“Holy ****. I haven't sweat this much in a long time. I spent the morning training at #maineventtrainingcenter with @pablomarquez94 and his crew. A huge thanks to everyone for putting up with my rusty ***. I haven't wrestled in 4 years. I forgot how fun/exhausting it is. #mainevent #prowrestling #imold #andoutofshape @coastalchampionshipwrestling”

What's next?

It seems highly unlikely Kaitlyn would return to the ring as she has a number of other business ventures to keep her busy. She was a professional bodybuilder before joining the wrestling business and started her own fitness apparel company, Celestial Bodiez.

Author's take

Kaitlyn certainly looked the part of a proper wrestler as her bodybuilding exploits did help her out a little in the ring. She also had a number of in-ring feuds during her time in the WWE and capping it off with a title win was certainly a high point in her career with the promotion.

For now, she seems content with her life outside the ring and hopefully, she will keep us posted about how tough and grueling wrestling actually is.
