As reported by CBS News, former WWE Superstar Tom Magee was victimized in a brutal assault by multiple assailants.

Apparently, about 6 men assaulted Magee over a parking spot argument. Besides, additional details on the incident have also been revealed.

In case you didn’t know…

Tom Magee is a Canadian, former WWE Superstar who now resides in Mar Vista, California.

Magee is a former world champion power-lifter and ex-strongman with a background in boxing; besides also being a karate black belt.

Now 59 years of age, Magee is perhaps best known for performing in the WWF from 1986 until his retirement from professional wrestling in 1990.

The heart of the matter

Tom Magee had been serving as a neighborhood watchdog at his residence in Mar Vista, California, and is said to have gotten into an argument with a few youngsters over a parking spot in front of his house.

The argument then escalated, and Magee was assaulted by about 6 men. Magee’s friend Kendall Noxxel stated the following regarding the same—

"Tom came and encountered the young men, and it proceeded to a fight…It was sort of a conflict over who was allowed to park in this spot."

Besides, a neighbor who requested anonymity also recalled the seriousness of the incident—

"They were literally kicking him, punching him in the face and in the head.”

"To me, it was attempted murder. If we wouldn't have come out here I don't know if he would be alive. To look at his face if you saw his face right now and saw what they were doing to him, he's really lucky to be alive."

Furthermore, as of this time, local law enforcement officials have arrested 2 youths in connection with the incident—Justin Lee aged 20, and Degrate Bryant (20)—and both men are being charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

What’s next?

CBS News confirmed that Tom Magee has been released from the hospital, and is currently recovering at his home.

Additional arrests, in this case, are expected to be made in the days to come.

For those unaware or too young to recollect, Tom Magee was an incredible athlete in his prime.

Magee boasts a great martial arts background, and what seems to have happened in this incident, is a near 60-year-old gentleman being outnumbered and viciously attacked by a group of cowardly youngsters.
