WWE News: Jinder Mahal destroys Singh Brothers, possibly ending their partnership

Could this be the last time we see them introduce Jinder Mahal?

The Singh Brothers had a task given to them by their boss Jinder Mahal on SmackDown Live which was to take out AJ Styles in a handicap match. Unfortunately for them, they ended up taking a Styles Clash off the middle turnbuckle onto each other seeing The Phenomenal One winning.

All good things must come to an end. When The Singh Brothers were interviewed on Talk Is Jericho they admitted their days with Jinder Mahal were numbered and looked forward to what they could do after this partnership concludes.

Samir Singh spoke quite clearly on the subject as he realized his run with The Modern Day Maharaja would eventually run its course.

"Right now, we understand our spot. We've got to bump well. We've got to sell well obviously, we've got to realize that the lifespan of something like this is not forever. We were brought up [to the main roster] for a specific reason, to help Jinder. And eventually, it's going to be 'you guys have to part with him.' It's going to happen, so for us, we know we have that Bollywood thing in the back pocket. It's kind of like it could be brand spanking new. It [has] never been done on cable television."

It looks like that day might have come for Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers because after Samir and Sunil's loss to AJ Styles, Jinder Mahal made them both pay in a big way.

Mahal executed two punishing doses of his Khallas finishing move to both of the Singh Brothers and each one of them landed in pretty rough fashion. Mahal looked rather upset and didn't appear to be remorseful whatsoever for his actions.

This could very well mean a breaking up of the heel faction if Mahal's actions after the match are any clear indication of things. Of course, the Singh Brothers could always try to redeem themselves by helping Mahal win the WWE Championship back at Clash Of Champions. But only time will tell on that one. For now, it appears as though Jinder Mahal might have cut ties with his associates. Or he might just be a really strict boss
