Even though it had been known for quite a while, Finn Balor’s rematch with Samoa Joe was made official on last night’s episode of NXT.
Balor’s promo at the start of the show was cutt off by Elias Samson who told Balor that he was nothing without his championship before Balor swifty retaliated. The main event was set between the two where Balor quickly disposed of Samson before cutting a promo demanding his rematch. He told Joe that the demon was obssed with his championship and wouldn’t rest till his belt was in his possession again. William Regal came out to stop Joe and Balor tearing into each other and announced the rematch for the TakeOver on June 8.

Finn Balor still remains undefeated in the WWE as the demon, having been unpainted during the house show match at Lowell, Massacusetts where Joe defeated him for the title.
