What’s the story?
Kevin Owens revealed his fandom for Big Show, following the latter’s Steel Cage match against Braun Strowman on RAW. Owens took to social media, posting a photograph of himself holding a Big Show T-Shirt.
KO asserted his fandom for the World’s Largest Athlete, in response to which a certain fan called Owens a Big Show ‘mark’. Not to be outdone, the WWE Superstar fired back, exclaiming that he’s indeed proud to be a fan of Big Show.
In case you didn’t know…
The Big Show has stated in several recent interviews that he intends to step away from in-ring competition, hanging up the boots likely at the end of this year.
He is rumoured t undergo a minor surgical procedure on his hips, which in turn could put him on the shelf for months.
The heart of the matter
The Big Show vs Braun Strowman ‘Steel Cage’ match that went down on the most recent episode of Monday Night RAW is being cited by many as the WWE’s way of writing Show off from his storylines, owing to the big man’s plans of taking a leave of absence from the WWE.
In reference to the aforementioned matchup being Big Show’s last match for the next few months, Kevin Owens posted a photo, reiterating his respect for the professional wrestling legend.

The Big Show could be out of action over the course of the next few months.
