What’s the story?
During the latest edition of Talk is Jericho, the notorious duo of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were in interaction with WWE veteran Chris Jericho with whom they discussed working alongside The McMahons in 2017. Owens, in particular, talked about Vince McMahon talking smack during their segment together last year on Smackdown Live.
In case you didn’t know…
During an episode of Smackdown Live last year, Kevin Owens was involved in an altercation with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon during which Owens head-butted Vince, busting him open in the process. ‘The Prizefighter’ continued with his brutal assault on the Chairman of the WWE and eventually also hit Vince with a Frog Splash from the top rope.

The heart of the matter
While speaking with Chris Jericho on the latest instalment of Talk is Jericho, Owens said that Vince McMahon spoke a lot of smack and rubbish, and was using many swear words in order to cuss out Kevin Owens during their segment together last year on Smackdown Live.
"The only person I had ever head-butted as hard was William Regal in NXT. I'll tell you this much, nobody can accuse me of taking it easy on the boss," Owens stated.
Furthermore, Owens also stated that seeing Vince McMahon in a bloody and crippled condition was just a surreal moment and the whole thing just played out beautifully.

Kevin Owens’ next challenge will be to face-off against his best friend Sami Zayn on this week’s episode of Smackdown Live, and the winner of that match will get another shot at AJ Styles’ WWE Championship at next month’s Fastlane pay-per-view.
