WWE News: Kurt Angle sends hilarious message to Triple H & Stephanie McMahon

What's the story?

It's April Fool's Day and everyone's in the mood to joke around. This includes the RAW General Manager, Kurt Angle.

The WWE Superstar and authority figure sent a message to Triple H and Stephanie McMahon via his Instagram account. Not surprisingly, all of the internet wrestling community was really quite amused.

In case you didn't know...

If you've never seen a Kurt Angle match, you are forgiven (but do watch some Kurt Angle matches pronto). However, if you have, you are aware that when he comes out he is greeted with chants of 'you suck', sung to the tune of his theme song by the entire WWE Universe.

Angle squares off against his employers Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, by teaming up with MMA megastar Ronda Rousey in her debut wrestling match at WrestleMania 34 in just over a week.

The heart of the matter

To build his feud with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, and get the momentum going in the right manner, Kurt Angle went to Instagram to let the world know what he thought about his WrestleMania opponents. As one can gauge from the comments, many echoed the Olympian's sentiments.

While this is a match between three part-timers, and one woman in her first ever match, there's a great level of intrigue that exists with regard to what will transpire, because of how popular all four names are. It's certainly one of the marquee matches at WrestleMania.

What's next?

Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey will team up to take on Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. We cannot possibly imagine the babyfaces losing this match. Not even The Authority will bury Ronda Rousey at her WWE debut.

Kurt Angle has a great sense of humour, and it is on full display here. Little wonder then that he's as beloved today as he was at his very peak.
