What’s the story?
According to reports from PWInsider, Eva Marie will be officially released from the WWE in the days to come and the reason behind both parties’ lack of acknowledgement regarding her upcoming departure is because she stars on the WWE-based E! reality show Total Divas.
In case you didn’t know...
Eva Marie started training as a pro-wrestler at the WWE Performance Center in 2013 and made her WWE main card debut in July of the very same year. Despite facing heavy criticism from professional wrestling experts and fans for her alleged lack of wrestling experience, Marie continued working for the WWE and was reportedly set to receive a big push on the SmackDown brand last year.

However, on August 18th of last year, the 32-year old was suspended for 30 days for violating the WWE’s Wellness policy and hasn’t appeared on the company’s on-screen programming to date. She does, however, star on Total Divas despite her aforementioned absence as an in-ring performer.
The heart of the matter
All Red Everything recently set the interwebs buzzing about her current status with the WWE after she removed the WWE’s info from her Twitter bio. However, Total Divas seems to promote her as usual, without any acknowledgement of her potential split from the WWE.
Nevertheless, the fitness model who has also dabbled in Hollywood has been featured as one of Total Divas’ top stars and will reportedly promote and star on the show until her contract runs out in the next few days.

What’s next?
Marie is currently pursuing acting and modelling assignments and fans can catch her on Total Divas as well. The WWE will issue an official statement on her release in the next few days.

Eva Marie had a weird run with the WWE, to say the least, and regardless of what the vast majority of pro-wrestling fans would say about her lack of wrestling skills, in my opinion, the woman deserves props for trying her best to perform alongside some of the best female professional wrestlers in the world.
