What’s the story?
WWE superstar Maria Kanellis posted a long blog on her Facebook page where she opened up about her private photos being posted on the internet.
In the blog, she spoke about a string of things related to the topic and mentioned that the photos were only meant for her husband. You can see her complete post below.
In case you didn't know…
Maria Kanellis started her run in the professional wrestling business back in 2004 when she became part of WWE’s Diva Search. She stayed in the company till 2011 before exploring her options in Ring of Honor.
After working in various independent promotions, New Japan Pro Wrestling and Impact Wrestling, Maria returned to WWE in 2017 along with her real-life husband Mike Kanellis.
She is currently on a leave of absence from WWE due to her pregnancy.
The heart of the matter
In the post, Kanellis talked about what she will tell her children if they ask her about the picture one day. She also points out that the problem is the intrusion of privacy.
“The sad, sad humans that cannot make a happy, healthy life of their own. I would tell my child to feel sorry for the people that do not have enough love of their own and have to steal it from others".
Kanellis then went on to say that she and her husband feel pity for people who have enough time to fish through other people's private photos and added that they should get help.

Maria Kanellis is currently out of action due to her pregnancy as has been mentioned earlier.
The exact timeline of her return is not known at this moment.
Mike Kanllis, meanwhile, was last seen during the November 21 episode of SmackDown Live where he served as a lumberjack.
