What's the story?
It was a bit of a surprise when Maria and Mike Kanellis was signed by the WWE, given that they didn’t bring a lot to the ring and even didn’t get a quality push by the business.
The pair have not been seen a lot on television in recent weeks but that was due to the fact that Maria is expecting her first child.
That seemed to tick off a few who vented their rather absurd anger on how Maria could get pregnant when contracted with the WWE but the Slammy Award winner has had a right old swipe at some of her detractors, and rightly so.
In case you didn't know...
Maria and Mike Kanellis actually started their ‘Power of Love’ angle when they were part of TNA but were signed by the WWE in 2017 and even featured in the Money in the Bank PPV.
However, the pair did share the great news that they were expecting their first child and they have been off SmackDown Live for a number of weeks.
The heart of the matter
The wrestling business is one of the toughest in the world and making it big is tough. Maria getting pregnant while being contracted to the WWE ticked off a number of ‘fans’ and they shared their views on Twitter.
Maria was having none of it and responded in kind on her Instagram where she even shared a picture of her pregnancy and had a right old go at her detractors.
There was one comment earlier that ticked off Maria and she stated that even though she signed with the WWE a few months ago, she had been working since she was 12 and she had a right to get pregnant.
She even swatted away claims that she would not be able to get back into shape after having the baby and added that she would not let people on social media bring her and her family down.
What's next?
While Maria will not be seen on television for a few weeks, there should be some sort of push for Mike, who has become a peripheral figure after breaking into the WWE.

The WWE has seen its fair share of pregnancies in recent weeks with The Miz and Maryse also expecting their first child.
While having a baby isn’t something that people should criticise, the fact that Maria being part of the WWE roster and then deciding to have the baby was the problem with a few on social media.
Maria and Mike can have children whenever they want and we highly doubt the WWE would have a clause that prevents them from having one, which would be downright insane and possibly against the law.
A number of female athletes have come back after pregnancies to not only match their performance levels but even get better and we are sure Maria will do the same once she returns to the ring.
