What's the story?

This week's WWE RAW, a day after the final PPV of the year, TLC, set up some new feuds as the McMahons opened the show and announced that there will be a lot of changes on WWE television.

As many as 5 matches have been confirmed for next week's Christmas edition of RAW, including two title matches.

In case you didn't know...

As previously mentioned, the McMahons - Vince, Stephanie, Shane, and Triple H, opened the show this week, announcing that there will be a sea of change and that they will listen to the people.

On the show, Baron Corbin could not convince the McMahons that he was good enough to still be RAW GM, and he faced Kurt Angle, Chad Gable, Bobby Roode, and Apollo Crews in a handicap match, and a victory for Corbin would allow him to be the RAW GM, which he obviously lost.

The heart of the matter

Five matches have been announced by the WWE for next week's show. Baron Corbin's confrontation with former Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins backstage set up a match between the two for next week.

Drew McIntyre interfered in a singles match between Finn Balor and Dolph Ziggler, so the three will face off in a triple threat match.

Elias got retribution on Bobby Lashley as he attacked Lashley with a guitar, much like what Lashley did to Elias at TLC. The two will face off against each other next week in singles action.

The Revival were in a fatal four-way match against AOP, Lucha House Party, and The B-Team, on RAW, and they got the victory to set up a shot at the RAW Tag Team titles for next week as they will face off against the champions, Bobby Roode and Chad Gable.

Finally, Natalya will get her chance to face Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women's title after she came up tops in a gruelling 8-woman Gauntlet match on RAW.

What's next?

Next week's RAW will set up storylines for Royal Rumble as we begin the road to WrestleMania.
