In a recent interview with TMZ Sports, the ‘Hardcore Legend’ Mick Foley voiced his support for The Rock as potential President of the USA. Foley feels that his former tag team partner would make a great President if given the opportunity. You can watch the interview below:
In case you didn’t know...
Dwayne Johnson or The Rock told GQ Magazine that entering the race for the White House is a “real possibility”. Johnson said that a year ago the topic of him as president started coming up and he even began to consider the role.
The heart of the matter
In his interview with TMZ Sports, Mick Foley said that he would give his full support to The Rock if his former tag team partner decides to run for president in 2020.
Here’s what Foley had to say:
“I think the Rock has the potential to unite this country in a very real way.”
The ‘Hardcore Legend’ also believes that Dwayne should not align himself with either the Republicans or the Democrats:
“I think he should run as an Independent and make it clear that he wants to work with everyone.”
Foley went further and said that the debates with Donald Trump would be legendary.
It is interesting to note that Mick Foley isn’t the only wrestling superstar backing Johnson for the Presidency, former WWE superstars Tazz and Batista also feel that the Rock would do a great job if he were to move into the White House, check out both their interviews by TMZ Sports below.

What’s next?
If we do get to see a President Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in the future, then the future looks bright not just for the ‘Great One’, but for the entire United States of America. We may even see the ‘Rock n Sock Connection’ being made once more, as Vice President Mick Foley takes charge, you can never say.
However, on a more serious note, what Foley has to say about Dwayne Johnson as President is true, due to the influence the Rock has around the world.

I’m with Mick Foley on this one, with Johnson’s influence and natural charisma, he has the potential to lead and inspire the masses and could even give Donald Trump a run for his money with his ‘electrifying’ mic skills.
