Lynch got battered at the hands of Rousey.

What's the story?

The latest episode of Raw is in the books and while it may not have been the greatest of shows, it did have some noteworthy moments to cherish.

Ronda Rousey seemingly turned heel and unleashed a vicious attack on Becky Lynch in the closing segment of Raw. However, Rowdy wasn't done even after the cameras stopped rolling as she rushed back to the ring and administered another painful beating on the Irish Lasskicker.

In case you didn't know...

The main event segment of this week's Raw saw many major developments in the Raw Women's title feud. Lynch's suspension was initially lifted off by Stephanie McMahon upon the insistence of Rousey. She was then announced for a match against Charlotte Flair at Fastlane for the vacant Raw Women's strap.

The first-ever SmackDown women's Champion was asked to sign a Hold Harmless agreement which would not hold the WWE liable if she aggravated her injury going forward.

However, Rousey would show up and demand to have her title back. McMahon would initially hesitate but give the championship back to Rowdy. As a result of the impromptu decision, Stephanie would go on to change the stipulation of the Fastlane match between Lynch and Flair.

If Lynch wins, she would be added to the championship match at 'Mania, making it a Triple Threat contest. However, Lynch would be forced to leave WWE if she loses this coming Sunday.

The heart of the matter

Rousey was done be the nice girl. She first took out Charlotte first and then focused all her attention on inflicting pain on The Man.

It was a brutal beatdown!

It didn't end, though, as Lynch's troubles mounted even after the show came to a close. Rousey looked even more ruthless this time around. Watch...

What's next?

Despite the unnecessary complications, the path is now clear for The Man to punch her ticket to WrestleMania 35 and all she needs is a win over The Queen at Fastlane.

We expect Rousey to play a big role in the high stakes match, which will take place this coming Sunday on March 10th, 2019.
