WWE News: New WWE Network show coming soon?

Th
The Price is WWE?

What’s the story?

It appears that WWE is moving forward with a previously discussed Network show, that has been rumored, on and off for a few years now, a game show.

In case you didn’t know…

WWE filmed an episode of this game show last year with R-Truth as the host. No details, videos or photos were ever released, so we have no idea what that game show would have featured, but we do know that WWE Network officials were very unhappy with the pilot episode they filmed and decided to can it then and there.

The heart of the matter

This potential new WWE game show seems to be entitled "Who Knows?". The name appeared alongside a WWE Network sign in a new video that Xavier Woods posted on his Instagram of him, Kofi Kingston, Big E and Renee Young destroying a bunch of balloons.

It appears that The New Day may be the hosts of the show, with Renee possibly playing another host-like role.

What’s next?

Assuming WWE are happy with this game show version this time around, more episodes are likely to be filmed over the next few weeks or months and will most likely be aired on the WWE Network later this year, possibly this Summer.

Author’s Take

I think the idea of a WWE Network game show sounds like fun. Many WWE stars have appeared on different game shows over the years and they are usually a lot of fun, including Deal or No Deal, The Price is Right, Hollywood Squares, Fear Factor, among more, with the most notable being two hilarious WWF editions of The Weakest Link back in 2001, which featured the like of Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, Big Show, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Booker T, Lita, Kane and more. Looking at the entire WWE roster today, I can't think of any better potential hosts than The New Day.
