WWE News: Randy Orton suspension rumour debunked

Rumours of ‘The Viper’ being suspended had surfaced earlier today

On March 19th, 2007, Sports Illustrated posted an article on their website as a part of their investigation against several professional athletes for the use of HGH and Steroid ring. The article also mentioned several former and current WWE Superstars including the Viper, Randy Orton.

Orton was found taking anastrozole, clomiphene citrate, and steroids such as testosterone, nandrolone, oxandrolone, and stanozolol. Thus, WWE under their Talent Wellness Program which was implemented in the February of 2006, suspended Orton for thirty days for his violation of the policy.

In the May of 2012, Randy Orton was again suspended for sixty days on account of his second violation of the company’s Wellness Policy.
