One of the biggest rumors regarding the upcoming WWE Battleground PPV was that former NXT Women's champion could make her main roster debut during the show as the mystery partner of "The Boss" Sasha Banks.
This rumor was heavily backed by the fact that WWE has announced that 6 of the current NXT roster members will be eligible to be picked up by the Commissioners during the upcoming WWE Draft.
However now, Banks herself has broken the myth. In a recent video on wrestlinginc.com, Sasha said that she doesn't want Bayley to be her partner as she doesn't want to lose:
"I don't want her as my partner [so] stop tweeting me, She's in NXT and I don't want to bring her up here because I don't want to lose. Bayley!"
Although we should note here that it doesn't mean that the former NXT Women's champion won't be a part of WWE Draft but she will still lose the opportunity of making the huge impact she would have made by debuting at a WWE PPV just 5 days later after the Draft.
Sasha Banks along with a mystery partner will face the team of WWE Women's champion Charlotte & Dana Brooke on 24th July at Battleground.
