What’s the story?

Sexy Star has reportedly been involved in yet another shoot-fight incident with a co-performer.

Apparently, Star no-sold a kick from Diosa Quetzal; proceeding to attack the latter with stiff strikes, during their match for Lucha Libre promotion MDA—

In case you didn’t know…

Sexy Star, whose real name is Dulce Rivas, caused somewhat of a furore in the professional wrestling community, after legitimately injuring Impact Wrestling stalwart Rosemary.

Star resorted to shooting in the middle of her 4-Way pro-wrestling bout at Triplemania XXV; hurting Rosemary with an armbar to retain her Reina de Reinas Championship.

The heart of the matter

One ought to note that the Sexy Star-Rosemary shoot incident gained considerable media coverage; with the vast majority of professional wrestling fans and performers supporting Rosemary, while condemning Star.

This past Saturday night, Star competed at an MDA pro-wrestling show against Diosa Quetzal; in a match that saw the latter hit Star with what appeared to be a relatively stiff kick.

The stiff kick seemingly incensed Sexy Star, who no-sold the kick; and proceeded to unleash a furious shoot barrage of punches and kicks on Quetzal—something which was obviously against the rules of the event.

What’s next?

As of this writing, it’s unclear whether Sexy Star will face any repercussions owing to her actions at the MDA event.

Sportskeeda will keep fans updated on Sexy Star’s status, as and when the story progresses.

Author’s take

Please bear in mind that the incident at MDA, despite being caught in tape, is yet to be addressed by the event’s promoters and the powers that be.

Star legitimately lost her composure and attacked Rosemary earlier this year, and should her actions at MDA against Diosa Quetzal proven to be true, Sexy Star has to be brought to justice.
