What's the story?
Nikki and Brie Bella have been quite busy during their time away from the ring. However, they both really want to get back to with WWE soon. The Bella Twins recently spoke to In Touch Weekly where they discussed their plan to return to WWE television.
In case you didn't know...
Nikki Bella is the producer and star of both Total Divas and Total Bellas. Along with that she's also starting a clothing line with her sister and making appearances all over the place.
Brie Bella is a new mother and that takes up a majority of her time. The Bella Twins are also very active on YouTube and always seem to be up to something on social media.
But no matter how many different directions their lives might pull them in, the Bella Twins still want to come back home to WWE.
The heart of the matter
Nikki and Brie Bella recently sat down with In Touch Weekly where they discussed everything they've been up to. They had time to touch on several subjects including an eventual return of the Bella Twins to WWE.
Both Bella Twins admitted they miss WWE a lot and seemed to agree on a comeback timetable. Brie Bella said those who were passionate about wrestling could not let it go. Nikki Bella added the following.
I say we make our comeback in 2018, but as the Bella Twins, not individuals.
Brie capped off the conversation saying that it was a deal!
What's next?
The Bella Twins very well might be coming back soon enough. Unfortunately, Nikki has already stated how she won't be able to come back full time due to her neck injuries.
Whether it's for a longer stay or just a short-term program, the Bella Twins look like they're coming back to WWE sooner or later.

Even if Nikki and Brie Bella never came back to the ring they'll probably never fully leave the WWE Universe. They're a part of WWE's family at this point and have become staples of WWE-themed reality television.
Both still want a comeback to WWE and they're willing to find the time in their busy schedules to make it happen. Since Brie recently announced she and Daniel Bryan are going to try and have another baby in about a year, she needs to make a comeback before she has another child.
