What's the story?
We are proud to inform you that The Rock and his girlfriend, Lauren Hashian are expecting a baby girl, this spring. The Rock broke this news on Instagram, much to the delight of his fans worldwide.
It was The Rock's first child with Hashian who was pictured in the social media announcement, looking cute as ever. Our best wishes go out to The Rock's extended family.
In case you didn't know...
The Rock is perhaps the greatest professional wrestler from the Attitude Era. He transitioned seamlessly from the ring, into the big, bad world of Hollywood. Over the years, he has electrified the millions (and millions) of The Rock's fans with some big-money roles.
The Rock and his ex-wife, Dany Garcia split up amicably in the year 2007. Soon, he was dating Lauren Hashian, with whom he has remained since. The couple already has a daughter, pictured in the image above.
The heart of the matter
The Rock mentioned how he was surrounded by girls in his house (except for his male dog). In his post, he also suggested that his elder daughter, Jasmine Lia, would be protecting her little sister when she arrived in the world.
The baby is expected to make her way into the world, come spring. Springtime will indeed be quite magical in the Johnson household, this particular year. Finally...The Rock's girl...will come...into this wonderful world!
What's next?
The Rock has many projects cooking in Hollywood, but he also called out someone from his own family at a recent Press Conference. That man was Roman Reigns. If that match does happen, it will be a very big deal.
