WWE News: The Shield return with iconic music and gear

The Shield returned on last week's episode of Monday Night Raw, but their appearance at the start of this week's show felt and looked much more like The Shield of old.

General Manager Kurt Angle came out to talk about what was in store for the fans in attendance as well as for the TLC pay-per-view, but was interrupted by those iconic words "Sierra Hotel India Echo Lima Delta... Shield" and the original Shield theme music played as The Shield walked as one unit from the stands to the ring.

However, the biggest aspect of their entrance was the fact that each man was wearing their old Shield gear with Rollins and Ambrose sporting the SWAT-like jacket and Reigns wearing the V-cut tactical vest.

This attire made its first appearance the night after Survivor Series 2012 when the Hounds of Justice were interviewed by Michael Cole regarding their actions the night before.

After entering the ring, each member of The Shield talked about their opponents for this week's episode and their match this Sunday, and ended the promo by calling out all of their opponents.

Braun Strowman's music hit and he came out along with The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus, but Angle prevented both teams from clashing and told them to hold it for Sunday.

Strowman, The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus will take on The Shield in a handicap TLC match in the main event of the TLC pay-per-view
