What's the story?

The Undertaker recently made an out of character appearance in a video announcing rapper Bad Bunny's tour of Puerto Rico.

In case you didn't know...

Earlier this year, we got rumours that The Undertaker is retired from in-ring action. Dave Meltzer had the following to say on the matter, “At least as of a week ago he was not doing either (WrestleMania or Saudi Arabia) and obviously WWE can panic and the Saudi Arabia show. If the prince wants him they can offer him so much money to do it but as of a week ago he was not on either show. So I think he’s retired as a wrestler.”

WWE has not made any official announcement on the matter yet and as Dave Meltzer said, there is always the chance that this is because WWE may want him to perform at special events like WrestleMania or this year's Saudi Arabia show.

The heart of the matter

The Undertaker recently appeared in the video announcement for rapper Bad Bunny's new tour announcement. Although The Undertaker did refer to himself as 'The Deadman' in the video, he wasn't in character and looked more akin to Biker Taker. This is what The Undertaker said:

“Yo Bad Bunny, it’s The Deadman, and I think you need to do that third show for Puerto Rico.”

What's next?

At this point, it looks a little unlikely that Taker will be wrestling at WrestleMania in April. According to rumours, The Undertaker has retired from in-ring competition. He is set to make an appearance later this year at Starrcast.

If The Undertaker does wrestle at WrestleMania this year, an announcement should be made soon although it does not look likely.
