What’s the story?

As per Pro Wrestling Sheet, a Caucasian male reportedly robbed a Circle K convenience store in Florida during the wee hours of Tuesday morning, wearing a La Parka mask to cover his face—an incident that has led to local law enforcement urging residents to look at the following picture and contact them should anyone have tips.

Apparently, the robbery took place at a Circle K outlet on Highway 29 at 3:20 am this past Tuesday (September 12th), following which the man is said to have made his escape running north towards Kingsfield Road.

In case you didn’t know…

La Parka is a professional wrestling character portrayed by Adolfo Ibarra and later by Jesus Escobaza, best known for the character’s work in WCW.

The La Parka character wore a skeleton mask and bodysuit, covering his face as part of the Mexican Luchador tradition.

The heart of the matter

A Caucasian male is said to have broken into a Circle K convenience store on HWY 29 in Florida and stolen a few commodities, following which said male would go on to make a run for it towards Kingsfield Road.

The Escambia County Sherriff’s office has released the following statement regarding the incident:

“At 3:20 AM on Tuesday, 9/12/17, the Circle K at Hwy 29 and Kingsfield was robbed at gunpoint by a white male that was wearing a skeleton mask and neon gloves. The suspect was last seen running north through the parking lot toward Kingsfield Road.”
“Call the ECSO at 436-9620 if you have any information regarding this robbery or the suspect shown below. Or call Crime Stoppers at 433-STOP to remain anonymous.”

What’s next?

Police are on the lookout for the person who perpetrated this act of thievery using a pro-wrestling mask to carry out the same.

We, as pro-wrestling fans, are a tight-knit community and there’s no place for such lowly acts in our world. Mr Thief, if you really were a true La Parka fan you would’ve honoured the mask, instead of using it to enable your cowardly act.
