WWE News: WWE Survivor Series announced for Toronto, tickets on sale

WWE Survivor Series is scheduled for November 20th later this year

The WWE has announced that the Survivor Series pay-per-view will take place in Canada this year. The tickets for the event will be on sale from this Friday morning at 10 am E.T.

The 30th instalment of the pay-per-view, long considered to be one of the biggest and most relevant events in the WWE calendar, would be taking place in Toronto on November 20th, reports WWE.com.

The Survivor Series is the second longest running annual event in the WWE after its flagship pay-per-view WrestleMania.

Tickets for the event can be obtained at ticketmaster.ca.

With the brand split almost upon us, fans can justifiably expect a Team SmackDown vs Team Raw showdown in the event – which given the rivalry between Stephanie and Shane McMahon – should be a rollicking event if built up and executed right.

It is also worth noting that this is the first time that Survivor Series is taking place in Canada after the infamous Montreal Screwjob in 1997.
